Most think life coaching is some mystical thing where people just repeat inspirational quotes. But a great life coach is more than inspirational quotes. Mori is one of those great coaches who combines her faith, training, and lived experiences to actually bring tangible results to your life. She helps you think through\u00a0the\u00a0topics or areas that you have been quietly pondering on for a while but have never had the courage or brain-power to actually tackle. I think most people know what they need to do to change but if it never gets said out aloud and tracked, it can\u2019t be progressed. Mori helps take those wishlist\u00a0items or those \u201cone-day when I have me time\u201d thoughts and actually helps make them a reality. She has helped me navigate challenges with parenting two littles, decision fatigue, health focused habits and boundary setting with family members. Because of her coaching and accountability, I am more confident in all aspects of my life and have learned strategies that help me tackle new goals and habits in order to make them successful. Motherhood can be a lot of things, overwhelming, mundane, magical\u00a0and with four kids I can feel all those things in the same hour. In today\u2019s world of over-information and misinformation\u00a0I can feel like I am drowning with keeping up my household, trying to contribute financially and raising\u00a0somewhat decent humans. I found\/ met Mori a few years ago when I felt like I was at my lowest. I had 4 young kids, I was homeschooling and my active\u00a0duty husband was gone the bulk of the time. I felt like I couldn\u2019t breathe some days when I finally reached out to her for some life coaching and parenting\u00a0help. The first thing that Mori did was make me feel seen and heard. I word vomited\u00a0all of my feelings and she held them and me with such tender GENUINE care. I instantly felt like we were not only friends but family and she cared about me deeply and wanted to help in any way she could.
